Where the Name Comes From
Amy and John Geer are gearheads. Muscle cars, weekends in the garage, the kind of people who notice when something isn't running right. When they started a facility services company in 2011, the name picked itself — a play on their last name and an honest description of how they work.
A building is a machine. Neglect it and it degrades slowly enough that nobody notices until it looks bad and costs real money to fix. Maintain it on a schedule and it holds up for years. That's the same principle that keeps a restored engine running, and it's how we approach every facility we take on.
Fifteen years later, Amy runs the company as President and Owner. What started as commercial cleaning has grown to include a full supplies division, so the businesses we serve can get their floors maintained and their stockroom filled by the same people.
