Cleaning Services
What types of businesses do you clean?
Offices, retail, medical and healthcare facilities, warehouses, schools, restaurants, hotels, and post-construction sites. If it's a commercial space, we can maintain it.
Do we need a contract?
No. We do one-time deep cleans and ongoing scheduled service. Many clients start with a single job and move to a recurring schedule.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most commercial cleaning runs after hours, overnight, or weekends so your operation is never interrupted.
What's the difference between buffing and strip & wax?
Buffing restores shine and removes light scuffs but leaves existing wax in place. Strip and wax removes every layer down to the bare floor and applies a fresh coat. Buffing is maintenance; strip and wax is a reset.
Supplies
Do I have to be a cleaning client to buy supplies?
No. The supplies division stands on its own.
Is there a minimum order?
Call and ask. We'd rather quote your actual list than turn you away over a threshold.
Can you match what we're buying now?
Usually. Send your current invoice or reorder list and we'll price the same items, or suggest an equivalent that costs less.
How fast is delivery?
We deliver locally on our own truck, which is typically faster than freight from a national supplier.

Yes, fully insured and bonded. Certificate of insurance available for your records or your property manager.
