Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or scheduling any service from Gearheads Facility Services & Supplies, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Gearheads Facility Services & Supplies provides commercial janitorial cleaning, floor care (strip and wax, scrubbing, buffing), carpet extraction, post-construction cleaning, and local delivery of janitorial, breakroom, and office supplies.

Services are scheduled based on availability and agreed scope of work. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services if conditions at your facility present safety concerns or fall outside our scope.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Gearheads related to scheduling, delivery, and service updates. Message frequency depends on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our assessment of your facility at the time of the walkthrough. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or conditions differ from what was originally assessed.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued after service is completed or supplies are delivered, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods include check, ACH, and major credit cards.

A late fee may be applied to invoices not paid within the agreed terms. If you have a concern about an invoice, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Cancellation and Scheduling

For scheduled cleaning services, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee to cover crew time and travel.

Supply orders can be modified or cancelled before they leave our facility. Once delivery is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled but can be adjusted on the next delivery cycle.

Limitation of Liability

Gearheads Facility Services & Supplies is not liable for damages beyond the scope of the agreed service. We carry general liability insurance and will address any damage caused by our team during the course of work promptly and in good faith.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Gearheads name, logo, text, and design — is the property of Gearheads Facility Services & Supplies and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
